"Are you a troll, dad? I'm a little boy. I was trying to cross the troll's bridge. And you were trying to gobble me all up. I did push the troll into the river and that was the end of the troll! I will wear pants like a big boy. When I am big like Ella! When I'm big I will go on the loo!"
